UGSF has a timeline?
« on: October 22, 2012, 08:46:54 PM »
I was looking at the website that the GH-28 scans were linked from before, and its homepage has a timeline for the UGSF "universe"!

http://ugsf-series.com/

If this timeline is correct, the events of Project Dragoon predate Galaxian and Galaga...and the last part of the timeline is the obscure Namco rail shooter Thunder Ceptor. Ace Combat 3 Electrosphere is also a part of this too. Shame the US version omits all the story though...

One has to wonder if Namco will expand this timeline in the future, maybe with new games?

That would be logical. The UGSF concept is awesome. Namco stays on the same line since their first shooter game.
I would love to play more UGSF 'signed' games (please NAMCO, release Starblade : Blue Planet)  :-* :-* :-*

It's a postcard.  8)
Yes, that "ASCII" skin is available in Galaga Legions.
I'm wondering what is the story behind this ascii ship...

I looked up the ASCII Galaga but there was no mentions of it. I assume it's a custom skin also "by this 50 pixels fighter." wut? ???

Interesting.

These threads and Brunos Superstation made me today buying STAR IXIOM and GALAXIAN3 for Playstation 1.
I have STAR BLADE for 3DO.

Would someone mind, getting these games into an order for me (can't see it from japanese screenshots) - and if possible, which would be the best version for any system (have all mayor consoles 100+).

Is Galaxian3 the only one with a 4-Player option?
