I have a japanese PSN account. But I don't have 600 yen to purchase that game. 

Hopefully it will come to the United States (Euprop version? probably). So excited to want this game on the PS3.

Ok, got now an account on the PSN JAPAN, and got also 1000YEN on this account... but cannot find the game in the Japanese store so far 
I've seen it's possible to buy & download it over this link Sony shop (here), but it looks a little bit more complex to perform this operation without speaking Japanese. It would be far more easy to buy it directly over the PS3... but for this, I need to figure out where to find it on the Playstation Store. Tried to browse many menu but not luck so far. Also tried with the 'find' option of the store, but no success... Any good hint to find it?

Verdict : no additional value than playing it on a PSX...worst, impossible to play more than 2 players, and no use of analogue joystick either!
No gfx or animation improvement comparing the original PSX port.

well that stinks. But i still want Galaxian3 on PS3 
But darn it sony
