Galaxian³ Theater 6 - The Installation Manual
« on: November 08, 2008, 08:40:54 PM »

I got it !!! What ? The installation manual for the biggest 'arcade game' ever done.
This one will help me to reassemble this monster once I'll have to place to do it of course.
It should also help the understanding of that beast with the lot of schematics inside, especially all the connectivity between all the elements.

Got some informations about this manual the seller (very nice by the way  :-*) :

- I got the manual direct from NAMCO when they closed down their San Jose warehouse.

- All the items came from the Namco warehouse, but the warehouse is closed. Was there the last week they were there. It is an empty building now. The manuals were the only things I had for the two games you mention (G³ & Starblade). I did not see a Galaxian 3 game in their warehouse. They could have dumped it before I got there...

OK here the manual picture :

Approx 100 A4 pages, 20 A3 pages

I don't have time to scan it entirely for the moment, but I'll scan the most interesting parts and the segments that should help the understanding of the boards connectivity, for helping the emulation  ;) So as always, stay tuned  :-*

Hah, cool...would love to see pics of that machine, or even the inside of that manual.....

I'd also love to have an original Namco Galaxian manual ;)
