Rich is one of the greatest guys in this hobby. AFAIK This Old Game is just him and the Mrs. and he is really busy with lots of projects and his other artwork online store
He offers amazing quality stuff, often stuff you can't get anywhere else, sometimes created from carefully restored original films....in low production number runs. Did you ever see his screening process.....it goes by hand and takes a lot of time....
it's not a huge business that churns out this stuff by the thousands and has dedicated sales people on the phone/e-mail. I think it's not fair to expect next day responses from him like this....give him a bit of credit and slack.
Often a kind reminder helps......O and he is a member here, although he doesn't post anymore....
