Guy's I have to be honest with you, it is not going to be a gameroom nor a mancave. Due to budget reasons it will become a swimming pool  :'(

I would have loved to do that, rather than 2X4 wood studs..... but it would have priced the house wayyy out of my reach. Also, If I could, I'd do the whole house as a metal building... Zero maintenance!   ;)
