André, could you add some details, please?

1) Are we supposed to come on Friday to bring the cabs in or can they also be put up on Saturday?

2) When does Eurocade open to the public, when do we have to be there with the cabs so they can be put up?

3) When does Eurocade end on Sunday, when can we pull out our cabs and drive home?

Thanks :)

Excellent questions Thorsten and definitely something we are going to communicate very soon because these are important factors if you're coming from a far distance.

I _can_ answer question nr. 3 though: The end time for both saturday and sunday is 17.30h. and immediately after closing the visitor cabs can be rolled out.

Note that we will have special carts at the venue on which the cabs can be moved while standing upright on them and there is no need to "drag" cabs or use hand-trucks, it's all flat floors and 1 big elevator.

One thing.... it won't be possible to leave before closing time. We hope you guys will understand why:
We can't move any cabs during the opening hours because of the Eurocade visitors and public around. Also, if this would happen, we would get "holes" in the set-up, which will look bad.

We expect to have some answers for your other questions after the weekend. Thanks mate !

Answers my friends ! :)

We discussed these questions this weekend and came up with the following:

1) Cabs can be brought in on friday (almost all day but NOT after 17.30h.) and both saturday and sunday from 8.30h.-9.30h. The venue opens to the public at 10.00h.
2) If you REALLY can't make friday or saturday morning, we will have a "window" to move cabs in between 12.30-13.00h.
3) closing time on both saturday and sunday is 17.30h. Cabs can be removed immediately after closing time.

We hope that we have accommodated both the Eurocade visitors and the public in this way.

Another important point: the machines are insured by Sound & Vision for any molest in the almost unthinkable situation that this should happen. Of course this EXCLUDES:
- any damage already on the cabinet before bringing it in
- any defects on the PCB or monitor or other electronics inside the machine that happened during normal use (this is, being powered up and being played for the opening hours of the Experience)

Together with our permanent surveillance of at least two Eurocade crew members within the Theatre 2 room at all times we are positive this gives you the best assurance about the safety of your machines so you can bring them with confidence.

Really sad to hear that but you already PMed me....

Just FYI, it's not that sure there will be a Eurocade 2014.

We're thinking we might want/need to turn Eurocade into a bi-annual event.

Yes! Norwegian in da house! I booked my flight ticket today!  :spaceace: :spaceace: :spaceace:

I will arrive on Friday evening, and I will most likely be staying at the Tulip. Is anything social happening on Friday night? I'm thinking beers, cab hauling, you name it?
All I wanted was a Pepsi!
Currently looking for an original Wonderboy PCB.

Brilliant and welcome !!!!

Well we should be "off" friday night normally because the building will close at regular time. But I'm sure we can hook up somewhere....
