We re-seated the interconnection cables and replaced some with ripped SCSI-Cables.
Once in a while we got a screwed Pic after PowerOn, but -knock on wood- the again, the machine works fine.

P.S.: Could one of the admins please turn my posted picture 90 degrees oppps don't know, what went wrong... in my PicViewer just before upload it was correctly oriented.
