Track & Field nearly finished
« on: December 17, 2012, 11:52:28 AM »
Heyho from Trier!

A few month ago I got my first Hellomat and my Track & Field/Hyper Olympic PCB. Since I love this game I decited to go forr a fake dedicated Hello-Cab.

Got a panel with no holes, plished it a bit and gave it to a friend wo did the cutting:

Got myself also t-molding and the right leafswitch-buttons:

This is the Result:

Last thing is to wire the control panel:

Hope you guys like it and I also hope that the last owner is not to embarrassed with what I made out of his very first cab. Thank´s again, Jochen!

Greetings from Trier!
Stefan

Looking for Dragons Lair 1 or 2, Space Ace, Double Dragon, Robotron and yeah... a Shinobi would be cool, too!

Looks pretty good!  :)

I think it's a nice idea to convert an (ugly) generic cab to look like a dedicated game. I've been thinking of doing the same with one of those hideous Royal Video things you find everywhere in Holland, but I'm still lacking time and space (and funds) to get started with this arcade hobby  :-\
No arcade cab(s) yet, but happy owner of 2 Colecovisions, 2 Amigas and a pc running Mame.

So far I have those cabs in my collection:

This used to be a 60 in 1-cab with 4/8 way mag sticks. I pimped it with an original Galaga 88-PCB, some artwork and a scanline-generator because it runs with a tft.

Next was my Crazy Donkey Kong-cab:

Now the Track & Field you guys saw this morning:

And the two cabs that are on it´s way from the U.S. to Germany in Jan 2013 (hope to see some of you guys when I pick them up). DK J.R. and Mario Bros are my cabs in this picture:
