cut the plate from a piece of aluminium:

Now that's what I call: a fine piece of art. Great job indead. I really would love to have your skills for the woodwork but I even can't seem to cut out those both sidepanels, there's always a difference between them if I try, and then the electronics: nice item that "magic box".
I just hope we all will be able to enjoy more pieces of art like this one from you in the futur (just a little hint...  ).
