YES ! Hi-Score contest at Eurocade 2012 ! Win great prizes !!!

My friends, a number of people suggested/asked for a little competition between the visitors of Eurocade.

Although we don't want to turn Eurocade into a tournament and had some reservations about it, we think we found a great "middle road" for all.

Gyruss will explain the rules here, but I will already mention that participating is absolutely FREE for all registered visitors to Eurocade ! And the prizes...are very nice indeed !

During the event there's going to be one cabinet (with a high score save kit) available for you guys to compete with each other.
Which cabinet? That's a surprise, but it's a great classic and the cabinet is a real looker!!

The competition will start at 12:00 and last until dinner time. After the food we'll announce the winners.

Team Eurocade won't participate because we already know which title it's going to be. But we do ask you guys not to hog the machine and let everybody have a fair chance to set a nice score!  

As Andre already mentioned we won't charge a fee for this competition!! But we do have some really great prizes for the top 5 players!!!!!

Okay, here are the rules for the High Score Competition:

1. The tournaments starts at 12:00 and will last until 18:00.

2. Please write down your score on the piece of paper next to the cab together with your Initials and (forum) name.

3. TAKE A PHOTO OF YOUR SCORE. If you don't have a camera ask on of the guys from the crew or another player. We'll need the picture to verify your score so please remember.

4. Don't hog the machine but give everyone a fair chance to play.  

5. The Top 5 players will receive a price, and only one price a player. The winners will be announced during dinnertime.

The sad part of the hi-score competition was that at the end of the evening it turned out that a few prizes had gone.............

The Eurocade T-shirt and the SLG-3000 had disappaered.

I really cannot imagine that any of the visitors are capable of intentially taking this stuff deliberately.

So.... I sincerely hope that someone made a mistake and may have thought that these items were "for free" to take or something similar.

So, please if anyone took the white Eurocade T-shirt and/or the SLG-3000 unknowingly, please report in PM to me so we can solve this small spot on an otherwise perfect weekend.

Yes guys, André is not kidding about the missing prizes. But as he said we are sure that someone unintentionally made a mistake. It can happen and we hope that this will be settled soon. Anyway, we have been able to replace the missing prizes already, so the 5 winners won´t have to be afraid.
