WTB: Tron or Sinistar upright
« on: February 20, 2012, 10:19:46 AM »
Im on a mega-quest to get hold of a couple of my 'holy grail' machines, a Tron or a Sinistar. Cosmetic condition isn't as important as the fact they must work fine as i am happy to restore art etc.

I know they are rare and expensive, particularly in the UK where I live. It would also be helpful if anyone has experience of getting cabs moved from the mainland Europe to the UK as I have never done this before - I live just outside Dover so at least I can see Europe from here!

I have plenty of feedback on eBay, arcade-otaku and Jamma+ so if you are bored with your machines and looking to sell let me know!

Thanks,
chubs

Try Rav for Sinistar - also Chard on ukvac - he has one too.

No offense to you chubsta but I think we should have a minimum posts limit before people can post in the Buy/Sell/Trade section. Most other forums have that too and I think it's a good thing....

this is not e-bay or Marktplaats....just MHO of course...

Yeah, i see your point - thing is i have been reading the forum for a long time (long before i registered) and don't really post too much on most forums unless there are specific technical issues i have etc...

feel free to delete the thread if you like...

Wasn't aimed specifically at you...this is up to Bruno, this is his place. We only blatantly say what we think :)

Welcome here!

I used Dachser to ship a cab to Denmark a few months ago, price was pretty low.

Thanks for the welcome guys, despite my initial faux pas! I may be a step closer to one of my grail machines thanks to Alpha's post above, rest assured there will be plenty of posts from me if it all comes off!
