Yup it was a repro from Arcadeshop.

Indeed...going to miss you here !! I mean, I have bought all Journey albums and put all songs in one loop and now you're not here to hear it......;)

Didn't you play bass ? I could ask Mark King if he could stand in for you......  ;D ;D

Tonight I installed two extra connectors for the +5V and GND to bypass the bad edge connector strips. At least temporarily. This makes me feel a lot safer to let it run for the entire Eurocade....

I also finally installed the glass bezel. For the people who will be playing the LL at Eurocade:
YES there is a glass bezel there, and please don't think there is not and try to reach through it......

This is a very expensive piece of glass as it is about 95% less reflective compared to normal glass and man is it effective. I had the LL right next to my MAME cab today and that has a normal smoked glass bezel and the difference was incredible.

However, the glass is only 3 mm. thick so kinda fragile....

This also means the CP is now completely fixed as should. It's definitly not one of the easiest CP's to close (and open).

The only thing to do now Is the coindoor...

So far for the anti-glare bezel !  ;D ;D

It's weird...it does help, but it seems to depend. I don't think it's worth the pretty steep price difference though.

Anyway, that is a great picture that I hadn't made yet ! Thanks ! :)

Last step has started.....

Oooh, what are your plans then, Re-chroming? I sprayed mine with Chrome paint for my FT, but I think I should get it done properly. It looks OK but you can tell its not the real deal.

No, I will just polish it as good as I can then that will be it.

It's  part of the full coin-door restore process by the way.....

Thanks :)

I brought the coin door (and that of the Ms.Pac and a spare one) to a professional blaster/coater to have them blasted completely yesterday and today I could pick them up. They were nice enough to put up a primer coating for me (else things start to rust quickly) so they seem ready to get their black coating......no time tomorrow though....got some other priorities tomorrow  ;D ;D
