- There's no decoration, no backlight, and some marquee light doesn't work

Anyway, here's the short vid' :  https://www.dragonslairfans.com/room/NunoGRoomSnakePreview.AVI

BEtter pictures to come soon, so ... Stay Tuned :P    :P    8)

Hey Bruno,

Congratulations on Nuno's lair, it was great seeing all your progression, it bought back memories when I done mine, I had a big Unit at the back of my Land, I though I would turn half or it in to a Museum "Finny's lair" I had an idea of how much it would cost, as I was doing something similar to what you done, as my building was there too, anyway at the begining I thought it would never get done, there was so much work and lots of money spent on doing the lair, it just didnt end, as i said looking at your pictures they must have known you by your name at the Building store, as you were always buying things...did it cost a lot more than you accounted for too? however when my "Lair" was finished it was worth all the hard work and Money, because it is now my escape from the real world, it like my make believe world, if I get stressed or un-happy I just got to my lair and unwind, and you will do the same Bruno, if it brings you as much pleasure as mine has bought me, you will be a very happy man, I would like to say that people like yourself are great for this hobby, because if there were not collectors like yourself , it would be a very boring community, once again Congrats from you friend in the UK.

Bruno,
Congratulations on such a great games room/home arcade!
Thse neon lights really give the feel and ambience of an arcade, and while looking at your pictures I was transported back to the 1980's!
Ahhhh.........happy days...........

Really those lights really top it off. Are they actually neons or coloured florescent tubes?

Thanks Namfreak  :D

I'm using true colored neons light for best results. I admit it's very expensive (about 20€ per light ), but you can't have a better effect. Don't go with white neon + colors mask tube on it !!!
The room has actually 14 neon colored lights.
I'm using 'Philips' neon... I'll post the ref. if you want   8)

Are you starting your 'own' dedicated gaming room

Well I'm thinking of making my garage a little more comfortable!
Did you use any insulation in the roof of your game room to keep heat in? (Except for the black sound insulation I see in the pictures?)

Yes i would be interested in that reference for the Phillips neons!

Ok, here's the ref, by exemple for the red one :

...and yes, I used a lot of insulation on the wall, and for the roof... my english is too bad for the exact word, but have a look at that previous picture :

...and it's very important : Isolate as best as possible... As you know, Europe is so... cold
