Good news... no complain at all 

One more administrative step to go : the town planning. They now receive all my plans. They will examine them, and give the 'GO' or 'NO GO'.
All I have to do is wait. The validation or refusal of the project can take up to 16 weeks (worst delay).

So... stay tuned

Maybe you could organize some wrok-play days, you get some members of DLF that work for you during the morning, and you let them a free access to your other gamerooms for the afternoon, sure this could bring a lot of people (but it will certainly ruin your beautiful carpet, with the shoes full of cement)

It was much quicker with me, can't remember exactly though. But I only needed a "light" permit as they call it....I know your situation was a bit different Erik, and you're a lucky man you got it at all !
