Well, let's see what I can do... here's the situation now... this is the area I would like to use to extend the lair
My first idea was to QUADRUPLE the current size of the room
So this time, is not a *simply* garage modification, but a real construction project... and I can't skip legal point of view
I met an official consultant from my town, and I explain him my plan. Things not gonna be easy
A ton of documents to fill, to ask for ... well, I won't be able to explain all of them in english... 'coz I even don't understand them in french
I don't want to spend a lot of €€€ for this, and unfortunately It's not possible to build a room bigger than 30m2 without having a plan signed by an architect...
Ok, so with the official consultant we found an issue ... it should be possible to
DOUBLE the size of the lair without working with an architect. Sounds good to me for the moment but wait
They are still a ton of documents to fill, certificates to provide, public investigation in my neighborhood, authorizations to request from different legal organization in my country... and of course full room plans to provide... and I've to draw them all
So weeks after weeks, I go to the official commune's consultant and provide him documents needed to cloture the first part of the file.
Because I'm not an architect, I've to correct each time the draws... what a *pain*
