 Smiley

any ETA for installing the ??
What ETA means ?

140 m2, that is really huge. Are you allowed to built just what you like on your ground, or are there limits with regard to the size?
Well, because of the big size, I've to work with an architect. It's the law in Belgium. It wasn't the case for the V2 because it was a 30m2 extension, but this time, impossible to do it alone.

The architect has removed the wall on the middle of the room (on the first drawing version) and he has filled in for me all the 'boring' documents necessary to return to the municipal administration.I just had to sign all the documents  Cool

Here's a part of the documents I sent to the municipal administration for a first approval, before the public inquiry.  arrow

Still a long way to go... slowly...but ... certainly  Wink

The file sent to my local administration is complete. I got from them the "big yellow paper" (who describe my upcoming project) in order to display in front of my house :

So now, my neighbors have three weeks to emit a possible complaint against this project. In addition, my closest neighbors also received a letter which announces my intention of construction. So they cannot skip 'the thing'. Stay Tuned  Cool

Though, aren't you good friends with your neighbours? - so will this even become a problem?
