Warehouse in Poland
« on: October 28, 2011, 04:37:17 PM »
As some of you may have seen already in my road trip reports, I live in the north-eastern part of germany, near the border with Poland. (100km away)
Now I have found a warehouse with many arcadecabs there, unfortunately mostly from the 90´s and 2000´s, with one nice exception. :o

ok, time for pictures...:

all these cabs working fine and for sale...

P.S. do you have found the "little" grail?

I'll take a guess - the Outrun sit-down is the exception? :)
Paul.

yepp Paul, you are right, congrats! ;D

but... it´s not simply a sit down outrun, it´s the deluxe version with motion.

150 off for the fugly Merkur sticker !

Definitly the pearl in the lot, but still other nice stuff there too. I see Hydrothunder which definitely deserves the name classic now too.

All in all, this looks like a candyshop for Polderarcade ! :)

Great find and most are working !!! Congrats !!!

That Ultra G is a very nice modern day cab IMHO, has a load of different games, and is very much like Hyperspin + MAME.

I also see Terminator and Dracula pinballs, but what's the one completely to the right ?

I wonder what that bike frame is for, maybe Prop Cycle ? But it doesn't look like it:

Ohhh, and you KNOW you want that Tom & Jerry kiddy ride !  ;D ;D ;D

Oh and seriously: 650 for a WORKING full motion Outrun is a STEAL in Europe IMHO and if I had the space and chance to buy it, I wouldn't think a second.
Ahhh, that sound of Magical Sound Shower in the rear speakers once you drive off....brings back the total arcade feel ! :)

O wait....I see that it is a right-hand driven version....nahhhh, 150 max for that one....stupid countries where they drive on the wrong side of the road....I can't even think about how it works to shift left-handed.... ;) ;) ;) ;) ;D ;D ;D ;D

How did that one end up on mainland Europe ? Maybe you can trade it with a UK guy who has the proper version  ;) ;) ;) ;D ;D ;D

About outrun:
yes, the merkur sticker is terrible, but i can remove it.
...and i want to be safe this cab! :-*

I still thinking about the california speed too, the price is good, but i´m not sure. :-\

Come to think of it......I've NEVER seen a right-hand driven version before....
Of course they drive on the wrong side of the road in Japan too so maybe this is Japanese ?

That Tokyo Cop went with an early retirement. It's from 2003 and I still see them in operation in a "lot" of arcades or other places.

What House of the Dead version is that b.t.w. I think Polderarcade is looking for a HOTD. Any Time Crisis-es in there ?

It was a joke of course with "thinking about it", the outrun is sold...

and the best part: i make a wishlist with cabs they are on my searchlist, and he will contact other known operators in poland. he said that he knows any operator with older machines from 80s...
a wishlist, i love it... ;D

I will pick up the outrun cab in any weeks. If anybody wants to know more specified infos about a cab in this warehouse (price), please let me know.
