It's sunday... just a perfect day for a new roadtrip  Cool

For this new game, my car needs to be in the '3 guys' set up  Grin arrow

Usual & official drinks ...

THis time, it'll be a small trip... only 150km to drive... and I'm staying in my country Tongue  arrow

9 C ... ok for today ... two days ago, it was snowing in Belgium  Cry

For my archives : 45506 km before departure  arrow

First, I've to pick up the team members  arrow

- Burt (my wingman in the epic Galaxian3 Theater story)
- Sam "Galaxian3 Theater & Pole Position parts keeper"

 Grin Kiss Grin

Yes, this time I need help because the new toy weighs 310 kg  Ghost

I'm aslo need a trailer bigger than usual... Thanks Pat  Tongue Wink

Here we go... rain... rain ... rain  Ghost

On location ... G-Loc Deluxe  Tongue Tongue Tongue ... miam  pacman Ghost

Let's load that monster on the trailer just here, in the garage... hopefully, we are five of us for doing it  Cool

Ok, the 'simulator' is on the trailer now... but... the game on the trailer is ... maybe to high for passing the garage's door...  roll eyes

Let's try to get out of here... slowly ...

...mmmmhhh...  Undecided

No, it won't get out  Evil We have to remove the top of the cockpit  arrow

Great ! It's ok now...  Grin

Without the cockpit, that G-Loc looks like ... a Thunder Blade  lol

Let's quickly put back the cockpit before the rain.  pacman Ghost

Really beautiful cockpit isn't it ?  Kiss

Reving up your engine
Listen to her howling roar
Metal under tension
Begging you to touch and go

Highway to the Danger Zone
Ride into the Danger Zone
...

Here's Tom Cruise Huh?

Ok, he's here  Grin  arrow

It really look like a true cockpit  Cool

Ok, now let's protect all the game against the upcoming & inevitable rain  Undecided  arrow

Like this, it should be enough  lol arrow

It looks fine until now  Smiley  arrow

In the middle of the way to go home, we stop to do a quick check :

The cockpit moves... because of the right hydrolic piston who doesn't lock the cockpit/seat ?!  But it's not a problem ... just a little bit scary to see Roll Eyes Grin

Because I've no more room to keep the new games at home, I'll put this new toy in the Pat's house  roll eyes roll eyes roll eyes  Tongue

He discovers the 'monster'  Roll Eyes Tongue

Let's unload the game...

...with a great tool  lol arrow

...very easy ...

And here's the beast 'on location'  Grin

A last thing to do : removing the coins box  arrow

The game is now in a safe place... I won't be able to work on it these coming month... I must finish the new gameroom first...

Thanks again to : Burt, Sam & Pat for their precious help  Smiley

For my statistics :

See you after the winter G-Loc  Grin Grin

You definitely need to put your name on the side of that thing rather than Capt. Fujichan.

is the game 100% working ?

Hi Fred  Kiss

Nope... unfortunately  Undecided Here's the full story :

The Nuno's Lair v2 is ready for games. The location I've choose for that HUGE G-LOC will be the back of the room, so it's the first game to put before the others ones.

With the help of few colleagues (also called 'The Golimar Team'  Cheesy), it's the D-Day, get ready  arrow

The games is in storage since one years on the Pat's garage  arrow

(Hey... it reminds me... I also have that APB to bring back, but not today.)

Here's the monster to load  arrow

Easy with that tool  Cool  arrow

Interesting view  Grin :

Before going back, let's have some fun in the Pat's Lair  Smiley

Scud Race  Kiss Kiss Kiss

Back @ home :

Unloading the cockpit... not easy because it's VERY heavy  shock

Now the big thing. As you can see , the cockpit tilts on the left side  Undecided

The width of its base is 100 cm BUT because the cockpit in not in its middle position, it's more than 102  Shocked
And the width of my door is 102 cm... so impossible to enter the cockpit like that  Ghost
According the seller of the game, the cockpit goes in the middle position time to time. So I'll plug the game here, outside, and cross the fingers ... you can see the result of several power off/on in the previous youtube video.

No luck this time. The game starts but not the hydraulic part. The cockpit is still in that 'bad' position... on the left  Ghost
So we tried to push manually the cockpit in order to bring it back on its middle position, but it doesn't move at all !!!
Ok, no more choice ... we have to disassemble it here  Evil Let's go  arrow

The main cockpit part is now removed...

..but it still too large...because of the monitor bezel/HP :

Let's remove it :

ArgHHH... still to large, because of the seat now  Evil Evil Evil  arrow

It should be fine now  arrow

Yes...it's ok now. Maximum protection for the new carpet of course  arrow

The G-Loc is now inside the V2  Smiley

Remember, I had to remove many parts in order to make entering the game into the new game room ?
OK, so it's now the perfect time for a little clean up of the dismantled plastic parts  :

(yes... inside the house  Grin )

In order to clean the cockpit, let's use this 'Cockpit Cleaner'  Grin Logical isn't it ?  Tongue Smiley

Let's clean also ...the 'marquee' ?  Roll Eyes  arrow

...and finally the 'masterpiece'  arrow

Ready to fly now !  Space Ace

Sometime, I'm doing things to fast...

Remember :

"The game starts but not the hydraulic part. The cockpit is still in that 'bad' position... on the left  Ghost
So we tried to push manually the cockpit in order to bring it back on its middle position, but it doesn't move at all !!!
Ok, no more choice ... we have to disassemble it here  Evil"

So we spent hours to disassemble it in order to enter it into the V2.

I've just check inside the hydraulic mechanism  arrow

... and I turn MANUALLY that pulley (the wheel)...

...and guess what ? it moves the entire cockpit to the left or to the right...why I didn't check that *first*  oppps

OK, so now... it on the normal/middle position  arrow
