Info on cabinet manufacturer
« on: November 15, 2008, 09:02:17 AM »
Ok, so I have two generic cabs (picture in my signature) built in France.

The only information I have is the sticker on the back:
Jeux COURTET
Place du Breuil
25110 - BAUME-LES-DAMES
FRANCE
Tel.: 16(81)84.24.04
Appareil N° 934

And marquee that says Bally JEUX LIEGE.

Interesting thing is, I don't think they were even built as JAMMA.

I'm pretty sure the company no longer exists but if anyone knows anything please let me know. I'm looking for any information on the company or the cabinets they made.

Thanks

Lol, forgot. Here are new pics:

Marquee is off because i can never get around to finding a small enough tube (most stores only carry the big ones). The coin door is the weirdest I've ever seen. Never seen anything like it anywhere before.

The camera makes them look dirtier then they really are. I cleaned them, honest!

Back to back, one cab has a funky non-JAMMA harness, so I put them like this to test the monitor

PSU, this one had a modification done (big heat sink on the bottom). Think it's the 5V side.

Hantarex MTC-900. Really should clean it, even though it scares me...

Cab no. 2 CP. Leaf buttons removed, going to put them on the other cab so it has matching buttons. Yes the front is kicked in. No I didn't do it. I got them cheap.

Marquee, other one is broken =/

Joysticks are not original (don't use screws) and are pretty bad. Leaf buttons are original and are actually very nice to play with.

No one knows anything?  :'(

Anyone in France that can dial their number? I'd call them myself but the only french I know is bonjour and merd...

I doubt the number even works, it has been 20 years since they made these cabs, but anyway...

Regarding Bally Liège ( Liège is the name of a town in Belgium), I would say there's no more games in their warehouse. The last info I have on them is from 2006. At the time, there still had some Bingo and/or darts games, but nothing else  :-\ I'm almost sure is closed now  :-\ We talked about them in this post in french.
