A Good Suggestion for your Game Rooms!
« on: August 31, 2007, 10:38:17 PM »
Hey everyone out there, I have a suggestion for everyone who has a Gaming Room.. Especially if the room is seperate from your house  (seperate structure)

The suggestion is that you have a De-Humidifer.    This will insure that the humidity levels stay below 50% !!  ( High humidity + arcade goodies = DEATH )

Last week I had some trouble with my air conditioner in Yesterdays, Thank  goodness it was all under warranty!

Even though it got a little warm in there while the work was going on, everything  (espeically posters etc ) stayed fine due to the de-humidifer keeping it nice & dry.      Plus, your climate control will work more efficient under low humidity...    For some of you, a this may not be needed, but here, on the hot sweaty-ass Texas Coast, it's a must!  Just like A/C!!!

FYI:  I have the Whirlpool Gold De-humidifer..  with the hoze drain opion.. do this, or you will have to keep empting the water colleciton bucket.
