See the three pins on the right of your pic ?
There is CT and UR (and 1) next to it.
Bend up the pins (carefully !) and make them as straight as possible.
Now you can use a jumper (like the jumpers that are often used on computer motherboards) like these:

You always have one side of the jumper in the center. The other side will go to either CT (cocktail) or UR (upright).
A jumper is simply a connecting piece. It's like a "permanent" switch.
If you don't have one, you can solder the two pins together if you know you will use it only in an Upright...
