Where are the neon, posters, arcade goodies, black light, laser beam and indirect lighting... it's a way 'too' clean, like putting games temporary in a grand-father room
No offense of course but that's my first impression
no offense taken, bruno, not at all! BUT first of all, this is just temporary, hopefully i will be moving out in summer, so i'm not going to invest too much money into it. second, my personal opinion is that most of the gamerooms i've seen so far are totally overloaded with stuff - drawing too much attention away from the games. my future gameroom will have a nice 70s/ 80s color-scheme, it will (probably) have a couple of posters, it will have some (hidden) translucent tubes and a hi-score board, it will have blacklights and a blacklight carpet, but i won't be placing arcade goodies everywhere, i won't be putting up any beer signs or useless neon signs - in short: i won't put anything in there which doesn't serve a real purpose.
of course everyone has his own opinion on this - and that's mine. i personally think that a little less is much more!
