Thanks for the clarification on the the label.
That would make sense then - likely Comidar was an AVG produced game in a Zaccaria cab. Seen a few AVG tagged Zaccaria cabinets.
Paul.

A hungarian guy has a working Scorpion pcb in a Starsplash cab with the Scramble cp and bezel.
He is a Zaccaria pinball collector, he has all the Soild State pins Zaccaria ever made.
His own website with the pins and the Scorpion here.

I tried to buy the pcb or the whole cab from him, but he is crazy like us and won't sell it. :-\
Maybe I can ask him to make a pic from the pcb for Paul's database.
It is rumoured that there is one more Scorpion pcb in Hungary at my friend's place, it's not working, but I try to put my hands on it next weekend. ;D

I have a Scorpion PCB but it's not a Zaccaria one. I'd love to see a good picture of the Zaccaria edition PCB to see if it's the same as the one I have :)

I've heard, it has the same konami pinout as Scramble and the roms are swappable between the 2 pcbs. Is it true?

Another "generic" zacc question for the experts..

I see lots of "konami" edge connector setup in the zacc machines, is this also the default wire-ing they use on the edge connector when it was leaving the factory ?

I mean i have a converter between my cab and my crazy kong and thats not a konami layout (wich makes sence)

and a better pic:

the reason i ask this is that i want to make my second zacc cab as original as possible for the future, and i want to "rewire" it, but in the factory default config if you know what i mean..

i then can make a konami - jamma adapter (or whatever) , so the wires in the cab can stay original.

As far as I know, they used the Konami pinout for the following games:
Super Cobra, Scramble, Scorpion(not sure), Hustler, Amidar, Frogger.
All the other games have unique pinouts, usually the same as the original they licenced (or copied). ;D

The black lump with the screw on it is a security device of some sort. The PCB looks similar to Scramble hardware. Looking at connector, it could be a match for the Konami pinout.
