   Not kidding.... You would think it would be cool to keep one mint and unopened, like the coke bottle collectors... but they don't have this problem with glass.

Yes, I have had one leak, It was a fake "Duff Beer" soda can with my Simpsons collection, soda leaked and ran down the shelf.  This was the day I rounded up all the drink cans and opened them all.

Still weird. I've seen a collection of cans that had cans from over 30 years back, still closed and no problem. Those were Coca Cola cans only. Maybe they used better quality cans ?

Nah, they didn't smell....  And Yes, I'll bet the cans were made much better back then... They are paper thin now...  Recently I was carrying a 12 pack of cans and I dropped it, Every can busted! LOL every single can!
