i got this also sometimes, but then i am in a postingspree

so in my case it is correct that it was posted in less than 30 seconds..

Yes, it's set to 30 seconds, in order to avoid 'post bombing' and others robot attacks...

I think it's extra alert on when you post Links. I get it only when I post in the Marktplaats topic
