puh, this looks like a lot of work - but it was cheap, so no complaining please ;)

i guess andre's question is still open: was it difficult to move the AB Deluxe without a taillift?
all i need is ... PONG - and a select few others: TOUCH ME, DRAGON'S LAIR, JOUST, ROBOTRON, MR DO, SAN FRANCISCO RUSH THE ROCK!!!

Sorry people for replying this late was a lidle bid bussy this week
Sick of my job so I quit after 12 years of work, only problem was I needed a new job, bud everything is settled now so back to the games.
To come back to the question:
It was easier than I expected we tilted both games on their back and drove the car backwards to the under site of the game. Then we both pick up a corner and lifted the thing in the car the g-loc was the most difficult because it must be turned in the car but the car was too small to turn in. So we needed to pull it halfway out of the car to turn it site ways, half way we notice id doesn’t fit so disabled the black cover with the exhaust pipe and the top cover.
Finely it fitted with both sits 0.5 cm left over space

Restorations are on a low budget for now because this mound I don’t have much money to spent bud thanks to my parents I god I nice heater to keep the temperature above zero so I can work normal whitoud frozen hands

Started to get the thunder blade working bud will make a new topic for that one
Also got my other toys out of the box, found it on marktplaats for cheap so I think it’s good thing for the game room

Sorry to bump this thread...
I think you may have my old Thunderblade Deluxe there... If you still have it, I have one or two parts that it is missing still lying around my garage...
Also a set of Thunderblade pcb's, untested, if you're interested...

So I get this right, you tell me 2 guys lifted an AB-DLX on one side, drove with the car under it and than lifted the other side in the van???
Are you guys power lifters or what, the AB-DLX got 430kg!!!
I have a dream....that one day....all members of forum are the same....no matter how long ago they have joined, how many games they own or how many posts they wrote ;)
