Nice Defender:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/DEFENDER-Original-1980-Williams-Arcade-Machine-/190516605416?pt=UK_Video_Games_Coin_Operated_MJ&hash=item2c5bacb1e8

The seller also has the following games (under item description):
- Star Wars
- Tempest
- Pac Man (Yellow US cab)
- Missle Command (Caberet)
- Asteroids
- TRON
I tried to contact him, but ebay doesn't allow me to send any messages to him.
It would be great if somebody could gain some more info, I'm interested in the Star Wars and maybe in the Tron. ;)

the conversion rate doesn't help i'm sure, but as said, defender is THE cab, if ever i meet someone who has a casual interest in a cab, they name defender as the one they want. i am one of those people too :D

UK collectors also usually raise the price significantly when they choose to sell via ebay (compared to when they sell it via a forum). Probably because of the ebay fees + paypal fees + rich newbie effect... so it's always good to talk privately with them to discuss the deal before bidding like crazy.

From my long UK Roadtriper' experience, I can tell you the UK collectors are those who sell the most expensive in Europe  :?
One of the reason is maybe the cost of living... quite expensive than other country? Anyway, some serious collectors over there, as you probably know ;) They are lucky to have easy connection with US, since centuries... it helps also  :P

we have managed to install a special ebay filter that makes the cabs look expensive to europeans to stop your raids. the defender is just £10 buy it now to uk people  :D

when i see the prices you guys quote cabs do seem really cheap, to me £1500 is the price i'd expect to see defender go for on ebay when they are available and its been this price for years. people will pay a lot for nostalgia here it seems

Btw. do you have any idea how to control these machines?
Is that tiny rounded balck thing in the middle is a joystick?
