I have the exact same one, got it only last week, but for far less money than the marktplaats seller wants, and including the original board and a 60 in 1 board (which I sold already).  I bet the markptplaats one doesn't have the original board in it anymore, only a crappy 60 in 1 (which means the wiring is modiefied a bit).

Wow I wish I had the money for that. Would buy it without thinking about that. This game is a blast. Played it at a meeting from a german arcade forum in Neustadt Weinstraße at Luigis place. I fell in love with that Baby Pac Man. Totally on the must-have list!

Why don't you get it? It's a (sort of) pinball and will look very nice next to your 2 pac man cabs!
