I agree Bruno, the Lizard King one is brilliant, Dirk's expression is superb.

My fave is of course the Smithee Room, you have to see it in real life to appreciate the detail in the background and it is big! Need to give the frame a clean, lots of finger marks on it.... One day it will have pride of place in my games room (which doesn't yet exist  lol)

You got nice cells !

Sure the lizard king is great, I also like the spider one, but hey guys, have a better look at the smithee room !!!

That wide cell is awesome. i wish I could spend hours watching the hand painted background...

If possible, I'd love to see a HI-Res pic of the cell (or even better of the background)
Btw any hi-res pic of any cell is welcome :-)

Merci !

Fantastic collection. I was there when Dazza bought that Smithy scene. I can say it's one of the best cells ever. It's miles better in real life than in the photo.

Blanol, nice to see appreciation of the widescreen pan. It is indeed something special....

Getting a hi-res picture will be difficult it's all enclosed within the frame and trying to get a scan from behind glass won't give the greatest effect (plus I don't have a scanner lol). I'll see what I can do.

Yeah Lee was there when I finally got Jason to part with it.... and subsequently offered a higher price lol! Luckily the deal was struck and I dont know how serious you were Lee Cheesy

Thanks for trying... you can even make 2 or 3 separate pics and i'll join them to get the full cell :-)

I remember seeing another wide cell of the "wind room" owned by a UK collector. Really nice too. Great background !

Are all your cells displayed in a dedicated room/wall ?

That "wind room" cel was owned by "Namfreak", I think it was up for sale last year, I didn't have spare cash at the time.

My cels are currently stored alongside all my PCBs. We are intending to move house soon, well when we get off our butts and start looking properly. So when we do eventually move I will be building a dedicated games rooms where I can display all my "junk"  Grin
