i'll try to move the game into a warmer area tonight, let it adapt to the new climate and turn it on tomorrow. i'll bring my video camera so that you guys can see what's happening when the machine is being turned on.

Great Road Trip I love your pictures...as always! " roadtrips are not just there for the games, but also for educational purposes" - SuperUlly I TOTALLY AGREE! ...and once again, I love all your pictures, especially the non-arcade ones... but so 'ArcadeLifeStyle' Many thanks for sharing this story with us! Now, stop doing road trips and start to work on your cabs'

just got back from patrik, we did a little bit of moving out in the cold. wonderful quiet christmas spirit (still) in front of the storage "man, this is a racing game, why can't it move on its own?" championship sprint will get a new temporary home inside a place i call THE GREENHOUSE. wanna know why? a nice collection of racing machines side by side tomorrow, championship sprint should have adapted to the higher temperatures and we're going to power it on! stay tuned for more from the pit lane ...

thx guys, i'll get the board over here tomorrow, remove / reseat all the roms /rams (?) and see what happens then ...
if there is a rom / ram (?) problem, is it easy to have those replaced or would it be better to buy a working board?

(ep)roms can be re-burned by someone with an eprom burner in most cases, unless the eprom is defective. Defective rams have to be replaced, lots of rams from the 80's are easily available.
