That system completely sucked to my eyes when it was new, but I may have to give it some more credits now. Indead it was ideal for games like Mad Dog and DL/SA.
I kinda forgot about 7th guest ! My god, that was SO awesome to play (on the PC I had then). The graphics and atmosphere were brilliant. Puzzles not too hard (think that I solved all but one but still completed the game). Loved it then !
I remember some distant family had a cd-i and I saw Mario Hotel and I couldn't help but laugh about it...being used to Atari ST and stuff.
The fact that it came from Philips didn't help for me. I hadn't forgotten about the G7000 which was another Philips disaster IMHO in the time of the 2600. The only decent game was Munchkin. By the way Magnavox=Philips.
Still might be fun to tinker with one now.If only for Mad Dog I would love it !
