Wow that is cheap. Done a little research myself a while back  and I found out that the shippingcost isn't the only cost here in The Netherlands. It's the taxes (you pay taxes over the price of the cab but also over the price of shipping) that make it even more freaking expensive so that is also something to take into account.
Send this email below to a dealer in the USA:

"Yes, I can ship there.  It costs $400 per game to have them professionally crated, and around $700 to $1000 per game for shipping.

Subject: Shipping to The Netherlands

Dear sir, madam,

I live in The Netherlands and I saw some very nice arcade machines on your site that I am interested in (Pengo, Kungfu Master and Donkeykong). Do you ship to The Netherlands and if so, how much would that cost (ballpark figure).

Thanks in advance for your answer."

So the prices you mentioned are really interesting. I am sure that a lot of us here are anxious to hear the outcome of your research  :D
Bought my DK Jr from a guy who imported a few cars and had a little space left in his container.
