Hi all,

With great reluctance the time has come to sell my Star Wars Cockpit. Funds are tight so she has to go I'm afraid. If you are interested please PM me.

I've included one picture here but also shamelessly linked Mandccars webpage as his pictures are outstanding  For those of you who recall the original thread(s) the cab has not changed cosmetically - all of my time has been spent sourcing parts and getting the boardsets repaired.

The cab is complete, all original and includes the larger Amplifone monitor. The internals, boards, connectors and PSU are all there and include:

Complete and working flight yoke with original overlay (faded but nice)
*tested Working* Game Boardset
*Tested Working* Amplifone Deflector board
Rebuilt Amplifone HV board - untested but sold to me as working and bulletproof'd
*Tested Working* ARII board - bulletproof'd
PSU assembly (complete - suspect will need rebuild)
Amplifone monitor and all parts / connectors - non-working - note I genuinely haven't tested the rebuilt HV board with it as it's beyond my skill set but if thats the issue then the tube would no doubt spring back into life
1 x loose 'BIG Blue' capacitor for the PSU - *new*
New Rubber Floor Matting for inside the cockpit - cut to size
*New* repro 'Wide' SW Cockpit T-Molding from RAM Controls - enough for 1 cab

The cab is still a non-worker however and is sold here as such. I have not been able to progress as far as putting everything back in the cab - the items listed as working above have been tested in my SW upright (hence I can say with confidence they are fine).

The cab itself is in very good cosmetic condition - I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

Any bad?: There are a couple of damaged corners that will need filling - these are visible in the pictures and nothing major. There is a small circular tear in the CP about an inch or so in diameter. At least one person on here has a spare CP though  The front panel will need a complete new barrell lock assembly - it is not currently attached to the cab as a result but is in nice condition and is included. Both coin doors have been forced and will need new locks.



The cab is currently in Mandccars' gamesroom in Derbyshire. Both viewings and collection are therefore to suit Matt and his good lady wife. I will be present at any viewing / sale of course but I do live some 45 minutes away so I would respectfully ask for serious interest only.

£950.

Collection is preferred but you can use a courier. I am not responsible for any damage or loss once the cab has been collected. No returns please - the cab and parts work (or not) as listed and the cab is sold as seen / as a project.

This would be a snap to get working. The only "maybe" is the CRT I guess...but even those are available new...
