yes im with you

for now 3 cabs

and the nintendo cab have the great solution that you can change the CPO

so when i add other cabs i put the cab in original state

for examplke my DK JR have vertical monitor but i put a mod cpo with JUMP RUN BUTTON (2 button ) also i have the original nintendo new with 1 button with all original and when i take another vertical

example PAULINE DK or pacman or something like that i put the original CPO but my idea is

dk jr i leave with 2 button and i put in the DK the original CPO and i put the vertical monitor because now i have a horizontal and mame CPO with 2 player 6 buttons that i really dont like

im prefer close to original but ...the space is important Cheesy

so the future plans is 4 nintendo cab  / 1 pacman or galaga / 1 neo geo MVS RED and i can put all the mame games horizontal from 1 to 4 buttons on the neo geo

i prefer mame because if you are good you can put native resolution and a lot of things but i have 1 popeye total original , same with my console collection i have the connected console modded  (rgb , etc. etc. ) and the rare in the box original

Smiley that's it

yes it inspire me but i can do better Cheesy

Cheesy

the question is 2 buttons like unisystem or 3 buttons

more games to play

i do 2 cpo

1 original

1 mod with 3 buttons

not really acid green but later i show colour

honestly for the plans i have a great french friend gaetan that helped me a lot and also a canadian guy

but i have a popeye and i use it for comparison

like the previous 2 i do

2 cpo

but honestly i receive the graphics artwork from thisoldgame. and they are really great !

i build in mdf wood

and i lasercut the panel

15  General Chat / Arcade Lifestyle / Re: The planning and built of My Gameroom on: February 13, 2017, 10:49:00 PM
Next to my gameroom there is another small place, meant to be a working space for cab repair, fiddling with pcb's etc. Unfortunately it was always crammed with cabs, an old jukebox, a motorbike and other rubbish. But.....

I sold the motorbike, the jukebox an a huge House of the Dead. Wow, that creates space!!  Grin

so, time to clean up the room even further and I now have divided the new space in 3 area's,

A corner to store the cabs that need repair:

A wall to temporarily store stuff that I will sell (the blue cab is my first (Mame) cab, built in 2003. I will throw a multi-game pcb in it and sell it to some fool on marktplaats):

And at the rear a nice work-shop area:

Still pretty empty, have to 'gather' some electronic equipment etc. to be able to actually do some electronics repair. The stairs, which has a hinge, can be lifted with the electric winch. BTW, the cardboard box contains a NIB ....  Smiley Wink

It's a nice place.

hi wow ! nice ...is possibile to have a pic of dr mario green ! im doing a sort of that ! Cheesy

wow !
