I get a free Thunderblade soon which is an UR or Cabaret, I dont know it yet but my machines, I am inteded to restore is the deluxe-helicopter model.
It is not by all means the same, the Hang-On bike got (from why know) another PCB than the Upright as the bike got sensors in the footrests.

1. scan it
2. repair it (means go over in Photoshop)
3. print it as a sticker
4. get rid of the original paint or buy another piece of glass in the same dimensions
5. apply the sicker on the cleaned original/new glass

It is interesting that he did go down with the price as he did not want do that for me....than I agreed to pay the 500 he wanted and while I arranged the shipping he sold it (obviously) to you.
He wrote me that he hopes that I am very angry now because the other buyer bought the machine without negotioations...just an idiot so I did´nt wasted an further minds on all that.
I cant handle it as I am always thought the side-shape of the Tron is one of the most iconic parts of the entire machine...which the ZZZ-version does not have.

« on: October 25, 2015, 10:33:31 PM »i bought the silkscreened sideart from phoenixarcade quite a while ago. it had been sitting in its original shipping tube for some time now, but when i unrolled it for the first time i immediately realized there was something badly wrong with it. you could already feel the wrinkles through the protective layer and when i removed it i knew that this was totally unusable
of course i contacted darin about this, after all the silkscreened reactor sideart had cost me A LOT OF MONEY, but i have yet to hear back from him ...
unfortunately, the sideart doesn't seem to be available anymore on his website, so i guess i'll have to try my luck somewhere else. it really is a shame, because i'd like to finish this restoration asap and start working on something else - and of course play the freaking game. DAMN IT!!!
