i think of it every time  but still challenging to get a place to install my stuff  Evil

another thing.  there are new power boards for  space harrier,   but none project to rebuild the afterburner ones ?!

another thing i think or hope ..   why no one skilled enough made a basis from afterburner movement system to adapt other games like a dynamic 2DOF/3DOF/4DOF platform ?      imo , afterburner deluxe is the most common arcade machine with servo motors.

4  General Chat / Arcade Lifestyle / Re: A secret UK base in Belgium on: January 28, 2017, 07:51:44 PM
time passes and TTL still die DIE DIEEEEEEE

so what happened to your ,SECRET BASE, machine since ?!??  Tongue

i messaged Alpha1 because he said having one, faulty. but none anwer.
the words are from the heart still.

yes years passing  and the suicide ranks of old arcades grow

did you succeed saving it   or sending the boards to some guru of arcade extraction eproms ?

this game is really one i would love to play again  even in Mame

it's just desperate and scarce in japan to see the very few old games alive !   passing seawolf, speed race  it seems nothing is visible again  confused   shame on these fortunes there who dont save anything with their big means

for i'm very disappointed of something,  a french contact found it for me in a wasteland area of belgium  (weird ?  that wasn't your place)   and when he got back again   it was stolen with some other arcades from the owner..  Evil   something weird  is that someone from this forum was mentioning about this warehouse few times before..  Undecided

but... does it exists some games with similarity ?   i dont find anything related,   canyon bomber is more older and lacks many aspects of it
5  General Chat / Arcade Lifestyle / Re: Wacca wacca wacca.... Namco Puckman!!!! on: May 13, 2015, 11:02:22 PM
Space Ace   i dont know if there will be a craze now for Puckman.  but sure i'm the other european interested  Cheesy.  that would help my repro attempt if you scan the various things !

for your damaged sidearts  you'll enjoy,  the vectorized of Zorg is very well done !
6  General Chat / Arcade Lifestyle / Re: Wacca wacca wacca.... Namco Puckman!!!! on: May 12, 2015, 08:48:50 PM
congrats  really  Tongue.  and go to hell please too for such a luck Twisted

i attempt to do a repro..  WHY nobody on the western side thinks about Puckman repros Huh???   it's THE puckman  and it really shines compared to the US version  seriously !!

Embarrassed   it's so hard to get informations & good scans of the panel ,    there are sidearts (very good work of Zorg),  but for the other things  it needs plus/less heavy work to fix the rare pictures/files  (overlay of a bootleg, upper front missing parts).

ok with time it can be managed.. but worst... there is nowhere a scanned attempt panel  (except the italian bootleg worked in this forum,  but it's damn different).

i searched a long long time  before attempting something from nothing  and it's far from good (loads of pixels,  no vector i could succeed ) Cry..

7  General Chat / Arcade Lifestyle / Re: Cry for arcadetina on: March 05, 2015, 08:07:33 PM
yep or what we read of..  but i assimilate it about "mental" issues  we all can have at a high point of collecting unusual stuff and become crazies..  (lunacity had psychiatric troubles.. vossens.. well it's weird too..  that wouldnt be the least.. and loads of people cant figure we can handle this at a point,  perhaps they are right..  or we are beyond this point.. and that is sometimes danger..)

8  General Chat / Arcade Lifestyle / Re: Cry for arcadetina on: March 04, 2015, 09:59:49 PM
Tongue it's weird.. not the first time that it would occur at "big scales".   we remember the weird facts for "Luna city arcade" finale showdown...

beware Darthnuno & Superully,  (and myself among some others..),    madness is reachable at a point..  Grin
9  General Chat / 'Business' Area : Buy/Sell/Trade / Re: Wanted: Circus Charlie dedicated cab on: February 12, 2015, 07:17:38 PM
Evil an horrible coin eater game.  i dont remember if i ever 1cc'ed it.   some sort of ryhtm'n game times ago...
10  General Chat / 'Business' Area : Buy/Sell/Trade / Re: French ebay and "Le Bon Coin" on: February 05, 2015, 06:43:22 PM
for such a very rare time  Roll Eyes  it's local for me  Tongue... but it's so ugly i didnt want to go see it,   even if the board itself sounds like 100 (and i doubt it's still in or this game),    but the panel seems the original.

seems like a generic cab for   black dragoon ?  that remembers me some old pictures.
11  General Chat / Galaxian Theater / Re: GT-6/GT-16/GT-28 simulation possible? on: January 20, 2015, 08:33:25 PM

12  General Chat / Arcade Lifestyle / Re: Fixing my EMs: Chicago Coin's TWIN RIFLE (picture heavy) on: January 03, 2015, 01:35:28 PM
these are still impressive. a dedicated part of "klov" forum is just for EM games problems & fix.
13  General Chat / Arcade Lifestyle / Re: New bad boy inside the Lair... COMMANDO by Capcom / Data East on: November 23, 2014, 05:34:10 PM
this tremendous game is too my very 1st favorite    i 1cc the first loop    wondered times how many loops are there ?.

Space Ace you had multiple lucks there  not long distance and delivered '  and it was the killer price on his listing sale  Tongue

this clip of movie+c64 metal cover music  is so motivating

"Otherwise I know the EADS (European Arcade Distribution Service) will get you the arcade machine needed in your living room."

well.. for "North" europe maybe  Tongue..  but shame for us. can't do worse distance, we're near "north"..west.. Spain  Embarrassed  . no paletting = no hope for us.  Cry
15  General Chat / Arcade Lifestyle / Re: Superully's Arcade Hiatus - what's been going on ... on: August 07, 2014, 07:29:13 PM
Tongue subtle subject.    bat968,   i dont agree (more) with the path way.   i'm in for about 13 years yet.. started with mame setups, motivated numerous people,  even showed some who became huge junkies ! a certain path of lifestyle for it..

this path, this "wip", i could years ago.... but when my goals are near and i cant assemble my parts of dreams, it's a frustration you cant handle  Lips Sealed.  i have about various 85 machines separated who need love & repairs,  and i want to breathe happily about this goal and "live" it.    it's a part;

important, but too, arcade is not arcade without pals, fun & discussions,   (i miss zamoth & numerous people for the fun we had & their extra motivation) !!     when yesterday i responded to "olisan" about our memories of "cote d'azur juan les pins"... hey.. i forget that i could match the quantity of that cult arcade !  (not their cultist games so far :   streetfighter 1 DLX, arm wrestling, starwars cockpit..)  Tongue

bruno has nearly accomplished it.  he's one of the rarest (on a big scale) to have succeeded !  Space Ace  . i like much too the attitude of "oldschool" and his choices of 80's memory & bootlegs  Cheesy

i dont know about the usa containers. for me, it's still a grail i didnt see or cant. long distance from germany too.. it's not so easy to get something on arcades out of this area.. usa requires motivation, a good seller motivated too !! and so esoteric steps..    (and in france alone it's a pain to even just motivate the seller when he's not a hobbyist to send something when you're so far..)

important thing is trace of memories.  i'm of the very few to nearly always had filmed in DV camera my, and friend's roadtrips & events i came in.   it's a magic tool,  to enhance motivation for others or remind them when there's hiatus..(but at a point;  times consumes everything....)
