Arcade Lifestyle / Popeye Instruction Card (Early Version Artwork)
« on: September 05, 2016, 09:19:55 PM »
I haven't found this instruction card in any of the art libraries so I thought I'd post a high res. scan of it for archive purpose in case someone with skill wants to reproduce in Photoshop for community use.

This appears to be the earliest version before they changed the wording "Hearts" to "Kisses" and few other differences. (Comparison below).

Technical Area / Help please...GYRUSS coin door wire matching.
« on: September 04, 2010, 11:56:26 PM »
I am wondering if someone with a Gyruss with the Centuri coin door can help me out matching up the coin door connector wires.

The first coin door (on right) that came on the cab is the atari-style COINCO door (similar to Centipede) with all the white striped wiring. It came with the cabinet. but was hacked up. So I decided to buy the more popular CENTURI coin door with the logo plaque.

The door on the left I am trying to install now but wire colors on the male connector don't match the cab connector wires on the female receiver:

The actual connectors match, just not the amount of wires or the colors of the wires.

Heres the female coin door connector from the cab (basically four wires: red +5v,violet -5v,black grd, & lt. blue ?) Problem: no (orange) 12v for the coin counter and the schematic says it's a 12v coin counter?:

Here's the Centuri Coin Door male connector (same connector) with way more wires (basically: wht, orange, brn, grn x2,blue,red,gray,yellow,blk):

Can someone take a pic or make a color pinout of their connector setup, cuz I'm lost?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks.
Donnie
