Artwork / Emergency - Need Vector Files

Hi everybody

We have to produce roll-ups for our Arcade association Coin-op Legacy.
We are quite in a hurry for some reasons.
We are searching for various iconic games artwork (sides, etc.) to use on the background of roll-ups.

Outrun, Space Harrier, or other cool stuff needed.
On Vector Lib there are not much stuff.

I got a Space Harrier PCB with a dead IC32 8751. :roll:

This ROM is not dumped unfortunately.
ROM_REGION( 0x10000, "mcu", 0 ) // Internal i8751 MCU code
ROM_LOAD( "315-5163a.ic32", 0x00000, 0x1000, NO_DUMP )

Do you know if it can be saved and how?

Meetings, Exhibition, Events... / UK exhibition > Need some Arcades

Hello guys :)

I have posted this message on Jamma+ and UKvac forums, but maybe I should post this here too.

Danny Passarella is an artist who realizes some stunning arts based on Arcades.

He's planning an exhibition in London in november, and would like to display real Arcades.
Our Arcade association Coin-op Legacy (www.coinoplegacy.com) is based in France as you know, so it will maybe complicated for us to help on this UK event.

The exhibition could last one month but the machines are requested for one night or one week maximum. :)
Machines could be : After Burner, Double Dragon, Rolling Thunder, Out Run, etc.

Is there any UK collectors that could help by renting Arcade machines for this exhibition?
I believe it's a very good opportunity to promote Arcade in an original and unique way!

Hi guys

For those who likes Metal Slug, here is a very good investigation about the IREM / NAZCA team!

Those guys are really impressive, they contact the team and get a lot of unique information.
They spent more than one year and a half to achieve this content!
In addition of this there is a very professional short movie at the beginning, they do it on their free time with no budget!

Sorry it's only in french for the moment, but this video will be available in english later this year. I will keep you informed.

Here we are... Wow, the Coin-op Legacy Grand Opening had a great success yesterday...
We are very proud to introduce you our project: an association dedicated to the preservation of the Arcade, focus on retro cabinets.
We will propose meetings around the Arcade in order to help you to discover, rediscover, and better know this unique and precious legacy that we all have to care about.

Technical Area / Discs on Tron - No Credit / Test / Volume

Hi All

Hope you can help... Here is the story.
I received the machine with no sound issue but with a video problem that is now fixed.

Now I have a 'big' problem. I can't play, add credit, hear any demo sound...
There is a Credit/TestButton/Volume metal plate near the cash box door, nothing is working.
Even if I add credit manually to the coin entries, nothing.

Do you have ideas?... :'(

I just received the machine, PCB was not attached so some connectors were disconnected.
Is it possible that during my tests, if I had placed a small connector on the bad place, it could have damaged the credit/test/volume functions?
I say that because when I had the video problem, the sound was working...

Hi Guys :)

I have created a humble website that includes my machines and the pictures I can take to some events.
It's more a picture website rather than a 'wiki' website. I just think it's important to try to take nice pictures of arcade sessions.
Look at the pictures we find from the 80's... I trully believe it's important to take pictures now for the future. :)
