Hi, I'm pretty sure it was a bad socket on the Prom at 4L on the Video PCB that fixed this issue, I didn't write this one up, but I'd take a look at that part of the schematic and see if you can find anything.
ok, thats def in the rite section, its not socketed on my board, I will have to be very care full removing but first I'll check for dead/stuck lines. Do you know what programmable prom will substitute? looks like 1k x 4
