I got the CPO recreated at Arcade Art Shop, you can get it here, however it's a bit dark at the top compared to the original.

I didn't bother with the side artwork though, mine was okay - I just scanned it to preserve it, but I'll be damned If I can find what I did with it now though.

I would be exhausted doing that trip all in one day. I don't know how you managed it, especially without food/drink for so long.
It was great to read through it and look at the pictures. The cabinet looks great and I'm sure it'll look even better after you've restored it. Looking forward to seeing the progress.

I can't really offer much of a solution but I called Suzo Happ's UK office and they imported some for me and shipped from the UK! It was about 6/7 years ago I last ordered a load so can't remember all the details.
