Awesome job on the printing. As for cutting, humn we have laser cutters here that would work. See if you can find a laser cutter. I'll see if I can get a name and a model number of the one here at a friends shop.

looks like they will be between 5 and 10 bucks each.

I dont have a run in white atm, so i can take them on alu if you like , or later when i have a white run, i can take it with that.
