Technical Area / Track & Field pcb voltage

I have a Track & Field pcb, it could be a bootleg, cause there is no Konami sign on it.
There is badge on it, that the pcb requires 5.4 volt.I can't get this pcb started.
I tried to turn up the power supply, but it doesn't help.
Can anybody help me?
The other thing I wanted to ask, is the original also works with 5.4V?

Thanks m8, I love it, especially the sounds. :)
I also have an extra original brand new playfield for it :)

It has a funny history:
I tried to find  a Locomotion and I registrated myself to pinballowners.com.
I found one there for sale in Hungary and I figured out, that the guy works 100 meters from my office in a tyre repeir service and he kept the pinball there, so I could took a look at it next day and bought it for 250 eur :D
