I'm sure Scr33n would be able to do a PONG scratch build replica, 'fingers in the nose' ... but what about Computer Space :roll:
Arg, that yellow model is wonderful :-* Let's see the final price... :-\
-
those are good deals for a computer space. i wonder what bruno paid for his ... ;)
-
the guy said he has all 4 colours, as a set of four, a collector could be persuaded to pay more? what do you think. selling them individually or a set
-
Ended...
Green Computer Space (2 players) -> $1.499
Yellow Computer Space -> $3050
..I've already highest prices for such historical cabs.
-
I'm sorry, however cool it is to have the "first" cab, that is crazy money for a game you'll very rarely play.
But if you've got plenty....why not ?
-
This (gameplay) not apply to Computer Space for me ;).
I mean, even non working, this cabinet is a real piece of Art... the cabinet shape is exceptional and unique, a true icon of the 70's, pop culture / sci-fiction...and the holy Graal for a collector 8)
I really enjoy to see it every day in my living room, and everybody (even and especially non arcade fans like us) who came in my house love this kind of retro but modern 'sculpture' ;)
-
It's not a grail for me. I'd much rather spent an amount like that on a modern and good working pinball.
But I agree, the cabinet is the most beautiful of any other that followed.....
I wish someone would take some molds of one of them, but that would make the existing one's worth less I guess ;)
