This PCB is uber-rare. It had not been available in Mame until the owner of the PCB extracted the code from the roms. Here's a thread from 2007 in a german forum:

ASK means they check the games regarding violence and sexual content.

It says: ASK was founded after Loverbox was brought to the public. The bought all the available PCBs and destroyed them....well, not all as we know since 2007 ;)

edit: User Spelunker mentions on page 9 that he has got one of these PCBs, too :shock:
