Title: What currency is this?
Post by: smarty on September 12, 2014, 09:51:21 PM
Hi All,

I've just finished putting my Atari Jet Fighter coin door back together after a new coat of paint, and wondered if anyone could enlighten me as to what currency/country the cab was last in. It did have a two pin 'european' style plug and I was told that it did come from to the UK after being out of the country.

Thanks for any assistance. Photo below.

Cheers, Mart.

I guess it could be shilling from the U.K. but the plug was like the one below.

It had defo been somewhere other than the UK. I'd have thought this would have been updated to suit its location.

Jet Fighter was released 4 years after the UK stopped using the Shilling so it's doubtful that's where it started life.
