Title says all ;D
As promised I would like to 'officially' open the Nuno's Lair for a big opening 8)
Will think about the details in a second stage, but just wanted to know first the interest here & the much suitable date for the majority.
My idea would be to do this before the winter... somewhere in end of November for example?
What about the Saturday 23 or Sunday 24 of November? or the next week end 30/11 or 1st of December?
I would say 25 persons would be a maximum...more would be possible but it may not be comfortable to have too many players?
I would like to have few guys from other board...if too many people, I may have to add a second date/day ;D
But we are not a this step... just want 'Gauging interest' by now! ;)

the suggested dates of 23/24 i cannot attend, i have other obligations that weekend.
the next week would fit better for me, but also i need to check that.

i would like to visit your place in belgium. If one of the old and activ member will visit you, i would retire my declaration.

Nuno, I would love to meet you and your lair! (After all, you were not present at the eurocade :twisted: :P)
But like Behle also added, if an older member (and more likely a personal friend) I will also gladly have
them come over instead.

It's my dream to visit your game room! And I would seriously book a plane ticket from Norway just to experience the Galaxian Theatre. :spaceace:
But I'm very sad to say that I can't come neither Nov 23-24, Nov 30 or Dec 1. :'(

I can´t come in weekend 1 because of my birthday party and the 2nd weekend is the Nozomi Arcade Event. But if it´s on 30-11 I consider coming to your place for sure.

Great, another party. :) It will be an awesome experience to visit you and your gameroom(s). :)
However, I will not be able to make it both weekends in November. By the way, on 30 november the Nozomi guys also have an event planned that I will visit, like Anunaki and probably a few other Dutch members.
Indeed maybe better to pick a date in 2014, the first few months are always quit arcade months.

I would also really love to visit this holy site of arcade pilgrimage, but to be able to afford and plan it, 2014 would be the only possibility.

I am always interested in a trip to the Nederlands, depending on dates and my work cycle. That and the fact that I am only allowed 90 days in the UK in a tax year or HMRC clobbers me for tax means that any trip out of my home country is welcome :)

Or do it around Christmas. There is always demand for a good excuse to skip family meetings IN THOSE WEEKS.

I personally think that Christmas is the worst time for such an event.
Not only do I actually like those family meetings, but consider the WAF! It's difficult to leave when 24/7 family time is expected of you. 2014 sounds like a better idea.

Well, I knew finding a unique date wouldn't be easy, especially with target dates so close.
I guess I'll have to open the lair more than once...which is not a problem for me after all... 8) Just need at least 15-20 persons 'per session' preferably.

count me in whenever you like. :) would be cool if i could bring jochen and chris. they are the guys who helped me a lot with c3 and the save kit project.

Ok, Belgique it is. I hear they do some rather nice beers over there. Beer is good in my book.

Not only do I actually like those family meetings, but consider the WAF!
Here the wife likes them as little as I do. Nothing wrong with the family, but the activities in the Christmas holidays are the worst. Guess it will be Canary Islands then. Maybe there is an arcade there ;)
