Title: Wanted: 20"monitor + chassis.
Post by: Rorsach on March 05, 2012, 10:21:18 PM
I'm looking for a 20-inch screen + chassis for my woody. And seeing as i'm a Dutchy, as cheap as possible of course ;) .
A bit of burn and/or a little convergenceproblem not a problem.

I do have a 20" 31Khz VGA Arcade monitor for sale/trade. So if anyone wants to put a Naomi system in a woody, this is your ticket.

If i recall correctly it can also be a 19-inch Wells-Gardner, same size.

Anyone? I've got a lonely Neo-Geo cab that needs its screen to go into my office ;)

Have you considered to use a tv instead?

I think that's gonna be the only way to get the thing working again.

Perfect AND free:

http://link.marktplaats.nl/541072369

- only 10 years old
- nice round and grey tube (i.e. vintage look :))
- correct size CRT
- free

And I think Darth used some of this model too so he probably has some good info for you....

Only drawback is it's in Putten....

If I had unlimited storage space I would be picking up these thins like apples......in 15 years time you're going to have to pay a nice amount to get a vintage TV like that....

Now, who the hell lives in Putten?

Nice spot though, thanks.
