Not too relevant here probably since not many folks have a shortage of decent test monitors that can handle PAL. It sort of worked, better than nothing...

I think if you would have used an NTSC LCD TV instead of a computer monitor it would have worked OK.

The output is PAL none-interlaced, the 2622 makes it NTSC none-interlaced, standard arcade output. You raise a good question, though, the Arcadia RF encoder must be converting it to interlaced. I'm interested in seeing how it does that, might be useful.
