sorry for the crappy picture, but that's how i got it. does anyone have an idea? btw, it is installed on a sega / gremlin cabinet. so if you have any lead at all, please let me / us know!

It looks like a Bally / Midway door.
For example -> Bally Nitro Ground Shaker (http://flyers.arcade-museum.com/?page=flyer&db=pinballdb&id=676&image=1)
