Looking for a (preferably working) Toei TC-V818 chassis.

Looks about like this - for an 18" monitor:

Try Paul Swan - he moved to the USA 14 years ago now, but only relocated his arcade stuff a year or two ago and I helped him - he had a tonne of toei stuff in some boxes.
